What kind of wax do you use? We use 100% natural soy wax, which is renewable, biodegradable, and provides a cleaner, longer-lasting burn compared to paraffin wax.
Are your fragrances safe? Yes! All our fragrances are phthalate-free and paraben-free, ensuring a safe and non-toxic atmosphere for your home and family.
What are the sizes of your tins? We offer three sizes in our signature metal tins: 2.5 oz (Mini/Discovery size), 3.5 oz (Traveler size), and 4.5 oz (Essential size).

How do I prevent my candle from "tunneling"? On the first burn, ensure the wax melts all the way to the edges of the tin (usually 2–3 hours). This creates a "memory" for the wax and ensures an even burn for the life of the candle.
Do I need to trim the wick? Always! Trim your wick to 1/4 inch before every lighting. This prevents soot, keeps the flame controlled, and helps your candle last longer.
Can I reuse the metal tins? Absolutely! Once 1/4" of wax remains, clean out the tin with warm, soapy water. They are perfect for storing jewelry, spices, or office supplies.
